How It Works
Selecting an adjudicator
At your request, Intelligent Justice will contact all of the parties and arrange for the joint selection of a highly credentialed Adjudicator who will preside over the swift resolution of your dispute.
Analyzing the dispute
The parties will meet with the Adjudicator to identify their claims and defenses as well as the likely sources of relevant evidence. The adjudication process commences immediately with:
- a rigorous analysis of the applicable law,
- a prompt review of the written evidence and
- a thorough examination of the witnesses under oath
All of the legal work is performed by Intelligent Justice. The Adjudicator will decide all disputed issues of fact and serve as the judge of the claims and defenses of all the parties. There is no need for an expensive separate trial. A detailed written decision is provided to each of the parties at the conclusion of the process.
Following the rules
During the adjudication the parties will adhere to a written agreement to suspend all other litigation options and abide by the Intelligent Justice Adjudication Rules and Procedures. There is no role in the Intelligent Justice system for expensive lawyers acting as inefficient, partisan advocates. The parties are free, however, to have separate counsel monitor the process or explore opportunities for settlement.
