Can the adjudication be terminated after it is commenced?
An adjudication can be terminated only upon:
  1. the mutual agreement of all parties
  2. a settlement of the dispute
  3. a default in payment to Intelligent Justice that is not cured by the defaulting party or another party within 30 days of notice of default.
