At the conclusion of the adjudication process the Adjudicator will provide the parties with a detailed written compilation of the evidence that is relevant to the legal claims and defenses in the dispute. The parties then will have a 30 day period to review the evidence and pursue a settlement, if they so desire.
If a settlement is not achieved after 30 days, the Adjudicator will promptly issue a written verdict deciding all issues of liability associated with the parties' claims and defenses. If the verdict is in favor of the defendant on all legal claims the adjudication will then be completed. If the verdict is in favor of the claimant, the parties will have a second 30 day period to pursue a negotiated settlement of the issues related to damages and any other legal remedies requested by the claimant.
If a settlement is not achieved after the second 30 day period the Adjudicator will promptly issue detailed findings concerning the nature and amount of any applicable damages and other legal remedies.
The written decisions of the Adjudicator may be converted into an enforceable court judgment by any party in the same manner that an arbitration award is confirmed by a court of law.
